Yum Mum

Finally I am writing my first ever blog about the experiences I have in my state, Gujarat. Gujarat is a place of Tradition, culture, Fun, Rituals, Fashion, Garba, Food, Clothing, Foodies etc. I am born and brought up in Gujarat and since my birth, i have explored this place to the fullest but still what i see is, new places and spots are being established and have something unique. Since paste few years, i have shifted to Ahmedabad and here is what left me tasteful with yummy pani puri. 

Yesterday, while scrolling my Instagram feed, i came across a post by @rakhdu and courtesy to @OTFCoder about a place named @Nautanki_The_Food_Drama which tempted me to visit the place. Nautanki is located opposite to sunrise park on Vastrapur road. A small shop type place with around 4 dual seatings. This place has a good ambiance and the decor is beautiful. The name Nautanki means Drama, here they serve with variety of food with twist. The menu has tickling names which tempt you to try it. 

Nautanki specializes in the unique concept of  Panipuri served with 9 types of Water shots that are 1. Regular, 2. Pomegranate, 3. Lemon, 4. Garlic, 5. Butter milk, 6. Orange, 7. Hajma Hajam, 8. Manchurian, 9. Maggie. The puri was freshly baked and crisp. The seasoning of finely chopped onion, moong, bengal grams and bundi was a perfect combination with mashed Potatoes. 

Out of all the flavours I would recommend Pomegranate in a must try list for all Pani Puri lovers.  Do visit Nautanki_The_Food_Drama for the panipuri shots and other stuff.
